I can’t take the credit for this one as it was actually Ben who did all the making for these, I just ate them and took the pictures, think I had the best job!
A great refreshing homemade treat…
(serves 6-8 depending on mold size)
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
8 fresh kiwis
1. Peel and quarter the kiwis with a knife or scoop the kiwi out before placing into a blender. Blend until smooth but be careful not to over blend.
2. In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and water to the boil over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
3. Transfer to a medium bowl and refrigerate until cool (30 minutes).
4. Stir puree into sugar mixture. Transfer to ice-pop molds and freeze.
